This work focuses on internal capacity: building the Healing Capital, skills, and systems that make sustainable recovery possible in real life. That shift — from compliance to capacity — changes everything.

Why I Serve Both Individuals, Families, and Organizations

Organizations hire people in recovery to help individuals in recovery. But those peer workers ARE individuals in recovery themselves — navigating their own recovery while supporting others.

You need structured support to integrate recovery into demanding adult life — someone who understands both treatment insights and the non-clinical realities of managing work, family and recovery.
