Nature of Services

Insightful Recovery Solutions LLC provides recovery integration coaching and support services. Our services are not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health condition or substance use disorder.

Not a Substitute for Treatment

Our services are designed to complement, not replace, professional medical treatment, therapy, or participation in recovery programs. If you are in crisis, please contact emergency services, the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or the SAMHSA National Helpline at 1-800-662-HELP.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for their own recovery and the decisions they make. While we provide guidance, accountability, and support, ultimately each individual is responsible for their choices and actions.

Confidentiality Limits

While we maintain strict confidentiality, there are limits required by law. We may be required to disclose information if there is imminent risk of harm to yourself or others, or if required by court order.

Service Agreement

Specific terms of engagement, including fees, scheduling, and cancellation policies, will be discussed and agreed upon before services begin. All clients receive a written service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Insightful Recovery Solutions LLC and its representatives are not liable for any outcomes related to recovery or relapse. Recovery is a personal journey with many factors outside our control.
