Privacy Policy

Your privacy is fundamental to our work. Recovery support requires trust, and trust requires knowing your information is protected. This page says what this website collects, where it goes, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

This website is run by Insightful Recovery Solutions LLC, based in Boston, Massachusetts. WhyStrohm builds and maintains the site for us and receives copies of form submissions so it can keep the forms working.

What you send us through the forms

We only collect what you type into a form. There are three:

  • Contact form: your name, email, phone (optional), what the inquiry is about, whether it is urgent, and your message.
  • Session RSVP: your name, phone, email (optional), age (optional), your answers to the short questions, and your typed signature.
  • Membership application: your name, preferred name or pronouns (optional), phone, email, the membership tier you are interested in, and your answers.

Each form is sent as an email through Resend, an email delivery service. Every form goes to Tyshaun Perryman, with a copy to WhyStrohm. This website does not keep its own database of submissions; they live in those email inboxes.

When a form arrives, a short push notification tells us to check email. The notification does not include your name, contact details or answers.

We are not a clinical provider. Please do not put medical details or records in a web form. If you want to share them, we can talk privately.

How we use it

Information you provide is used to respond to you, to register you for a session, to follow up on a membership application, and, if you choose to work with us, to provide recovery support services. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.

Analytics and cookies

  • Vercel Web Analytics counts page views for every visitor. It sets no cookies and does not keep an identifier that follows you between visits.
  • Google Analytics loads only if you say yes in the banner. It sets cookies and records which pages you visit, roughly where you are, and what device you use. We have turned off Google signals and advertising features, and IP addresses are anonymized. If you say no, nothing is sent to Google.
  • Your answer is saved in your browser so we do not ask again. That is the only thing this site stores on your device apart from Google Analytics cookies.

Services this site uses

  • Vercel hosts the site. Like any web host, it processes your IP address and browser details to deliver pages.
  • Resend delivers form submissions by email.
  • YouTube videos on the blog use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube may set cookies once you press play.
  • Stripe handles payments when you follow a giving or membership payment link. Stripe collects your payment details; we never see your full card number.
  • Zoom handles registration when you follow a link to register for an online session.
  • The Healing Capital app is a separate service. Accounts and entries you create there are stored with its database provider, Supabase, not on this website. The app has its own Privacy page, Health Data Policy and Terms of Use, which apply to what you do there.

Stripe, Zoom and YouTube have their own privacy policies, which apply to what you give them.

Confidentiality

All client relationships are strictly confidential. We do not confirm or deny whether any individual is a client. Information shared during coaching or support sessions is protected and will not be disclosed without your explicit written consent, except as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email nsightfulcoach@gmail.com and we will reply.
